Welcome to all of the new members of the club! The returning members, parents, and sponsors would all like to thank you for attending the first meeting of the year, we hope we left an impression!

So, recap of the meeting: basically, Sean Topping, club President, contributed most of his time explaining the ins-and-outs of the club and competitions. Needless to say, we covered much more this year than any previous years, and for good reason: we had over 30 new members present.

The forums are a great place to discuss robotics, community outreach, Donald Trump's latest hairdo, anything. So please feel free to sign up there and enjoy.

Our next meeting is planned for next Wednesday, August 20th, in room 2210 at 2:15 again. We will discuss everything we'll be doing over the fall, including (but certainly not limited to) fixing up 3 full sized robots, helping FLL teams, promoting the club at local events, and attending several robotics competitions. Be there!
